The Annie set includes a top and bloomers/shorts. It comes sleeveless and with a single ruffle as standard, but you have the option to add sleeves and a second ruffle. If you order a double ruffle, one ruffle will be a mixer fabric; let us know if you have a preference. Lace trim is not included but can be added from the "Add ons" section, along with lots of other extras.
