The Annie dress comes sleeveless and with one ruffle as standard, but you have the option to add sleeves and a second ruffle. If you order a double ruffle, one ruffle will be a mixer fabric (cotton, gingham etc) please let us know if you have a preference. Lace trim is not included but can be added from the "Add ons" section.
